ROGER stands for Respect OVHCloud Guidelines & Ethical RulesOVHcloud's commitment to the prevention and detection of corruption enables all our stakeholders to report serious cases of non-compliance with our ethical principles via ROGER, this secure whistleblowing platform.
By "Stakeholders" OVHcloud means its suppliers, customers and shareholders.
OVHcloud provides its stakeholders with the opportunity to disclose/report in a disinterested manner and in good faith:
- an act of public or private corruption or which may be involved in money laundering or
- a conflict of interest or
- a serious violation or risk of a serious violation of human rights and fundamental freedoms, or
- a serious harm or risk of serious harm to the health or safety of persons or to the environment, or
- the intentional concealment of such acts, or
- acts of reprisals for having made a report or for having participated in its processing

You can choose to report anonymously in accordance with regulations guaranteeing the protection of whistleblowers.
Secure interactions.
Each report has its own discussion system for sending and receiving messages. Only
referents will be recipients of information that you will send us
through the form. You will be able to follow your report and communicate with
the referents through the confidential code generated by the platform during
the transmission of your report.
